High performace and high speed Digital Standard CMOS Cameras with linear response curve. These cameras can be used for standard machine vision applications.

VGA CMOS Cameras

The VGA CMOS cameras are based on 3 different CMOS image sensors with global shutter. Monochrome and color CMOS cameras are available. These CMOS cameras are used in a lot of standard applications. The CMOS cameras with sensors from Photonfocus are often used in welding applications.

Megapixel CMOS Cameras

The Megapixel CMOS Cameras are based on Photonfocus CMOS image sensors. These CMOS cameras are used in a lot of applications with critical lighting situations. The frame rate of the different camera models ranges from 37 fps to 150 fps at full resolution. The frame rate can be increased by using ROI or MROI settings to read out only the interesting data from the sensor.

Smart CMOS Cameras

The Smart CMOS Cameras are based on Photonfocus CMOS image sensors. The Pixel Professor CMOS cameras enable image pre-processing inside the camera. A GUI is used to setup the pre-processing unit inside the camera. No FPGA tool chain is needed for the Pixel Professor pre-processing.

The DSP CMOS cameras are based on a TI 1GHz DSP and are equipped with a lot of interfaces. Vision data can be transfered via a GigE interface.

3D CMOS Cameras

The 3D CMOS Cameras are based on on Photonfocus CMOS image sensors and a high performance peak detektor situated in an FPGA used for image pre-processing.

Board Level CMOS Cameras

The Board Level CMOS Cameras are based on on Photonfocus CMOS image sensors. This CMOS camera solution can be used for application-specific systems.

OEM-Modules

The CMOS OEM-Modules are based on on Photonfocus CMOS image sensors. These modules have digital interfaces and are mostly used in embedded systems.

Camera Accessories

Different CMOS Camera Accessories are available from Photonfocus. We supply Power Supplies for our cameras, CameraLink® cables, lenses, connectors and CameraLink® repeaters.

CMOS Sensors

The CMOS Image Sensors form Photonfocus are available in different packaging versions. Beside this Photonfocus offers Evaluation Kits and design-in support. The Photonfocus System on Chip (SoC) CMOS image sensors are designed for automotive applications but also used in a lot of standard applications.

Evaluation Kits
